Another cracking week on the Gigantica Road Lake, with a total of 68 fish being caught including an impressive seven over 40lbs.  The weather has been perfect for the carp with daytime temperatures around 24 degrees and night time temperatures dropping to around 11 degrees. Lake temperatures have remained around the low 20s.

First up this week is Lewis Tattersall.  Fishing in Turtles, Lewis was rigging up IQ D and KD rigs fishing 15 wraps towards the left hand margin and to either side of the island.  Baiting up with 1kg of pellet and 2kg of Mainline Cell per day he landed an impressive haul of eight fish including two forties up to 46lbs, this fish is known as Big Pec's.

Antony McGough was in the Decoy swim this week.  Fishing with IQ D rigs over Cell and Pellet at 15 wraps straight out in front of his swim. Antony finished the week with an incredible 13 fish to his name, landing two over fourty pounds.  His largest was a common swinging the scales round to 42lbs, which is known as the Long Common.

Calum Riley was bivvied up in Brambles this week. Baiting up with 1kg of Mainline Cell and 1.5kg of pellet per day, Calum rigging up with the ever reliable IQ D rigs and Gigantica Banoffee wafters he had a great week and landed eight fish.  Including four different thirties and also landing a 40lb common.

Ryan and Adam Layzell chose to fish next to each other this week; Ryan was in Dunkerque and Adam bivvied up in the new swim named The Beach.  Ryan was fishing both combi and IQ D rigs with Wonderberry Wafters.  Casting either side of the Island at 17 wraps Ryan landed an amazing 18 fish including a 43lb mirror on Tuesday and five other thirties to 38lb.

Adam in the Beach was rigging up snowman rigs and fishing straight out towards the wall at 17 wraps over a 3kg mixture of boilie and pellet, that were being fed throughout the day.  Adam had another impressive haul of 17 fish including commons of 41lb and 38lb's.  Good angling lads.
